Numb Love
How can one become numb
Numb to such love
Like one becomes numb to the cold
I refuse to succumb
I will maintain life's beauty like a dove
Always persisting no matter how old
Such power emanates from her eyes
Wonderful messages being transferred through a look
Yet it becomes so easily ignored
No matter how time flies
It amazes me how much gratitude you took
I couldn't help but letting her know she is adored
