Nursery Rhyme Nightmare

I wish I could live in the moments with you,

The tears fall like the storm blowing that night.

God please help me this can’t be true.

Your beautiful eyes were my source of light.

Your beautiful smile was source of my breath,

Now that nursery rhyme came true,

God help me through this battle you put me through.

His new life shall be awarded through death.

The most beautiful soul on this planet,

He is too good and fair for death and me.

His charm and warmth was taken for granted,

His pain and grief has been set free.

My heart stopped when his fell on the steering wheel,

My brother, my friend, I miss hearing your laugh,

God gave you your halo and wings,

Man I loved hearing your laugh,

You’re up there with the King of all Kings.

He took the light from my life but gained a beautiful angel,

You always watch over me and watch my life choices,

Many can’t say they have an angel to guard me from danger.

His advice is clear in my head and has a loving voice.

Now I lay me down to sleep,

He kisses my head goodnight when I lay down,

I pray the Lord my soul to keep.

My car crash nightmares are a constant beat down,

My angel Riley watches me through the night.

Screams along with the blinding headlights,

It wakes me with the morning light.
