O Care, One of My Deepest Cares
O Care, one of my deepest Cares,
How I long and drive to hold you high.
I love you truly, deeply, and surly
Respecting your wishes while
Protecting your soul.
You show me compassion,
And I return it tenfold.
So our bond grows,
And Roses with no foes
Bind our Hearts to beauty,
Not to scars of pain.
A Scarlet Queen I honest am,
Red touching my black.
I venom lack when I am with you.
Yet I change Scarlet to Coral,
Red touching yellow
To harm a Fellow if,
To tear the vines they try.
You a star in my empty sky,
Shining through but not anew.
Even with a cloud division,
Your light so bright,
It pierces my night,
Saving me from Hellhounds might.
O Care, one of my deepest Cares,
How we hold each other high.
Not for gain or reighn,
Those thoughts slain.
Because we love one another the same.
