Oakwood Fires

I Spread Wildfires of Your Disdain into a Longitude so Longing to be set AblaZe And you dare reprehend the Torches in My Hand? The ones you yourselves Carried and Started Fires with? Drag me to the Stake! Drag me to the Stake. For I am a Witch for Loving you. Raised by the Bottle no Sippy cups strait to Vodka Shots So Heavy I can't raise my Pinky in Respect to you Respect to my Elders Respect Back to You....With no respect back to me Mountains may tremble in Your name But Fountains are torn upon their Graves and Placed on a young man's Shoulder Who Can't hold the World like Atlas did, Yet Alone a Fountain. But strong enough to look to his God for an answer And my Spells? My Spells do no good. Only Pride Boasting lies to increase Your size. I'm Frozen on my Stake Cannot put out the Fires you have Started and I have Spread because I never knew. I never knew of your fuscia infused past Where you dug up gardens so they'll never last Steal the Rampion Because your Darling Daughter has been stolen already By Herself Not by the Boy with the Fountains on his shoulders who you so rudely accused But by Herself And I long to stand on the Gym Floor with the Fountains. But You won't let me drink so long as I am on my Oakwood pole and that is your mistake That my 10th year of Education is a Fire you started on Your Probation Proclamations, Segregation, Flirtation, Graduation and my rules will never be spoken Buy Why won't you tell me? There are 3 Broken Glasses name Pinocchio That I am not allowed to talk to But I am so in love with and I hold their button eyes as webs between my fingers Struggling not to let them hit the floor and fall into the gutter. But I am not allowed to to love. I try to paint without canvas behind a screen door But you take the Paints away the ones you so generously bought me and never told me I couldn't use Zippers on Jackets keep things in Less than You Your not a Zipper Rather Buttons Which need 2 hands to undo and You cant even spare 1 for me to get off that stake And undo my Jacket Let alone to Undo Yours and spill out what I am restricted to I'll say my amens to satisfy us all But Please take me Off of this Wildfire Oakwood Stake and Put me into the arms of the Boy with the Fountains on his Shoulders.
