Object

His cold kisses send shivers through my body What is left of my soul bleeds fear My body tenses under his forever hedonistic touch Never fully satisfied with what I have to offer His eyes are glazed over as he looks through me, only seeing The naked body that stirs his blood He reaches for me Gives me an order My heart is a monsoon tornado hurricane What choice do I have but to follow his orders? Any hesitation is met with force Even his pleas are cloak and dagger commands If I refuse I earn nothing, end up with nothing He is in control I am an object I kneel And do his bidding

Hi everyone! I am a college student majoring in English/Creative Writing and concentrating in Queer Studies. Writing poems is a hobby I enjoy. When I'm not writing poems, I'm playing games, spending time with family and friends, drawing, or reading a good book.
