Obligated

I feel slightly obligated to do something for those who suffer. What do I tell them? It gets better? How about I’ll tell them when I can let my breath out. When I can release my thoughts from this flesh. When I no longer feel the burden of keeping my mouth shut so I don’t worry others. When I can find peace with my life. When you are sad, you either grow, or you shrink. When I can find the balance between the two, I will tell those that they can do it too.
