Oblivious

they say to follow actions,

not words.

what if i crave words though?

what if i need those words?

maybe that’s why you hurt me in the end.

i fell for your words and not your actions.

your words were like honey,

but your actions were like poison.

all i can do is blame myself

for being so oblivious.
