An Observed Thought

You read, I stare You glare, I need: Where is your mind? Lost in a book? May I intrude? May I steal a look? They spin, they dance, they intrigue while they wander Through your green eyes, I see from o’er yonder They discover the untold, unwrap the discarded They contemplate the oceans, unknown, uncharted They roam through the redwoods, no not a care They roll like the river, provocative despair You make, I love You create, I love I learn, I wish, I grow ever fonder The beauty of yours, may spend a lifetime to ponder
