Obsessed

to scream i love you would that be enough?

for me to feel your fingers across my spine

the ecstasy of your touch

i can only imagine how your lips would feel on mine

electric shock

you’re all i want and all i need

you’re my first thought and my last

how has my life come to this?

obsessed?

yes that’s what it seems to be

all i can think of, all i can see

you standing beside me

my hand in yours

we walk through life easy

holding on to one another

not just for now, but for all of time

the perfectness of it all

drives me crazy

you see it too

i know you do

too afraid to admit the feelings

too much to lose for love

but what would you gain?

undying love

like you’ve never seen

give me a chance

to help you be the man

you dream of being

let me guide you with love

acceptance

strength

let me love you the way you deserve

let me be the one to make you smile

not only when i’m around

let me be the one you think of

when you need a shoulder

let me be your everything

because you’re already mine
