Obsession


As you walk away,
tears stream down my face,
as I stare at your back,
I feel like my heart is ivory black.
I run towards you,
but my feet don't move.
I'm stuck in place,
and I know I'm a disgrace.
You never should run,
to someone,
because then you'll wonder,
who you've become...
