Ocean

Waves rise, waves fall.

I feel my chest rise, I feel my chest fall.

My breath tangles with the ocean breeze,

The sand digs into my knees.

I knelt down on the shore,

In hopes that it will help my mind soar.

Mind goes blank, its an empty slate,

I worry no more what's on my plate.

Out with the old, in with the new,

I'm greatful for what the ocean grew.
