Ocean Therapy

Children laughing

leaping in the waves

Creating memories

They will remember

For the rest of their days.

 The gentle waves

Wash upon the sandy beach

Erasing all my fears

The salty air

Sticking to my lips.

 The Salty wind

 blowing in my hair.

Feeling as though

There’s not a problem in my life

When I look into those waves

At the beginning of light

The vicious sea

puts me at ease.

And when I leave,

I feel as though

I can do as I please

The sea does not travel

But it moves me.

It puts me in the mind state

That I wish to be.

The Sea is a gift

That everyone should see

Sometimes everyone could use

A little bit of ocean therapy.
