Ocean of Thought
My emotions,
Much like the tides,
Tides of the oceans,
Where thought collides
Unable to control,
Yet so great
So elegant in its roll,
So easy to meditate
Powered by all that is,
Curling and crashing
Standing for more than it says
This pool of thought does more than wishing
These tides come in,
Yet are once again carried back out
The hardship begins,
But happiness brings out that doubt
Never the same yet so ingrained
Each wave of different size, while never a surprise
Our minds start to become strained
Yet the tide will never cease to rise
