The Ocean of Thought
Presently my mind is quite confused as to what to think.
As if the world itself had been remade over the course of a couple days while I was unaware.
But still it looks the same to me and to many others,
But it feels so different.
Like what I used to know as each sensation to feel and delve into had been changed.
Different.
My thoughts have been racing at the thought that everything could have changed in a matter of subconscious feeling and not concrete knowledge.
A new world that I was never supposed to feel as it would seem because my closest friends as of present keep calling for me.
Calling for me to come back to the world we used to know very well as a group but I can't.
I can't.
No too much is present here.
A new world to figure out,
Why leave that?
A new person to make of myself,
Why deny the chance to start over?
I won't.
No I will set sail like our forefathers did across this great sea.
I will forge my path through these lands and waters.
I will not lose my self nor my ship.
I will concur this ocean.
Proceed on through the thoughts in my head I will.
Find another understanding of the world around me,
Indeed I have initiated this task.
May one day I find a familiar land or at least one to call home.
May I find this after I have sailed my ship far out there on the ocean.
The ocean of thought.
