Oceans Tides Collide

They say with time comes change

Baby I wish it wasn't true

its driving me insane,

feeling as if I never knew you

Wish I was right next you

It didn't have to end like this

It was only a kiss

and now we are screwed

How did we end up like this?

It was pointless

I didn't enjoy it

but yet I still did it

I want you to know I thought of you the whole time,

thats one thing that wont change

darling

you're always on my mind

and as the seasons change

and we grow old

I hope you know

there will always be place in my heart

where you reside

even  if I messed things up

and it felt as if I was tearing us apart

oceans collide

and waves crashed down on you

breaking you more

than I knew

I wish  I was myself again

I wish we could still be friends

but just like the ocean's tide

Our Worlds Cannot Collide
