Location

I’m at the edge. The edge of the world, and I
don’t know what lies before me anymore.
A waterfall at dusk, the stars are near,
far nearer than they’ve ever been before.
And it is up to me to say how close
I’ll get to them this time. Once again
the edge looms before me, and I lean down
to peer at what lies in the dark, not knowing how
I’ll make it to the other side on my own.
I wish you were here to guide me once more.
