Ode to mom

I know I wasn't the best

child in the whole wide world

I know I was a heavy, troublesome load

probably heavier, than what arold had curled

I remember those days

you were terribly ill

but you still took care

of me like nobody will

You are by far the strongest

person I will ever know

even through the harsh moments

you always have the streength to withstand any blow

I know I can't summarize all

our love in just one poem

our love could probably fill

the New Orleans Superdome

I wish I was in your position

to see how much you went through

I know it's a little to late, but

I really want to say is "I love you"!
