Ode to Mother

This message here goes out to my mother

Someone who can always love me like no other

I appreciate you and everything that you do

My loyalty to you will always remain true

I know you will never switch up on me

Which is a factor that is very important to me

You have protected me from any harm

You always reminded me to stay alarmed

I know that you will never give up

You will care for me, even after I grow up

No one in this world could compare to you

Anyone that thinks they could must have no clue

A mother is something very special

They’re not replaceable, and that’s just simple

You have told me what is right and wrong

You have helped me conquer all along

You have always told me to remain strong

And for that I will always love you!

You encourage me when I am down

It is because of you that I never have to frown

You do everything in you power to get me what I want

It is also because of you that I am able to flaunt

We may not always agree, sometimes that’s how it be

But over all of that, deep down I know that you still love me

You always worship me for my achievements and success

And for that I feel that I am truly blessed

I love you mom, and you are one of a kind.
