Ode To Music

You feel me with joy,
 not like some broken toy.
But a new one, on Christmas Day.
With you will I always want to play.

You've been through my ups and downs,
you speak of love and pretty gowns.

When your notes fill the air,
my world is no longer full of despair.

I wish others would listen to you,
and learn to love you just like I do.

With your up beats and down beats,
from the movement our eyes meet.
I will always love your sound,
when I'm with you I don't ever want to be
found.
