An Ode to my Nana

I was your shadow
And you were my sun
We’d climb up the stairs
And we’d have so much fun

Sometimes I’d come over
We’d sit and we’d watch
The Three Caballeros
And eat butterscotch

And when I would travel
I’d get you a spoon
Which I would deliver
When I saw you soon

You make the best pancakes
Chocolate and banana
I’m so glad I know you
And I love you Nana.
