Ode to my Pen
Honey drips from her tongue
The tuneless, sweet song she called poem
Paradoxical, the bitter kiss we share
My shadow in her silhouette
Despair, this pair
Catalyst to rebirth... or alchemy
Ode to the half-truth divine who manifests yellow from gray
Recall a distant spring
The life giving sustenance in solitude
My mocking reflection but a recollection of that great unblinking
Escape from thoughts of return
The great ceasing
Liberation?
She whispers they are one and the same
Dance of O'shun
Song of mouthless muse
Preaching through sensual motions that inspire rediscovery of beauty in all that has ever been
Self.
Ode to my Pen
Guru of Ego Death, teacher of love.
