Ode To The Place I Belong

Ode to the place that drew me in

Where I do the work I love within

Your hopeful eyes looking up at me

wishing you could live so happily

You wish you were out of here isn't that true?

Say something I'm giving up on you

I give you a name so unique

Funny how it matches your physique

I can relate to your hurt and anguish

Hoping you're here for a while and won't perish

Ode to the place I call my second home

Cannot wait for the day I do come home

Words cannot explain

How you make me feel

All I comprehend is that it is real

I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you

The feelings I hold for you ae true

Ode to the place where I can do no wrong

Ode to the place I belong.
