An Ode to Someone Unknown

Oh Anonymous,

Your smile melted me beyond compare to any other.

I couldn’t tell you what you did, that was so different.

You were my greatest achievement. You were my lover.

That small window of time I had with you was magnificent.

Your lips on mine was an unforgettable sensation

Thinking i could hold you and that forever was stupid

But I really couldn’t help it, you left quite the impression

You really, truly did catch me though, you were my Cupid

Dear Anonymous! You were a wonderful and crazy adventure.

It was short lived, but taught me a lot about how to live.

Your arms were my perfect, soft, and warm sculpture.

Your touch was always so soothing and gentle, never aggressive.

I am grateful for the time I had with you, but eventually, everything breaks.

You were a life awakening to cupid’s cheesy arrow

That never changed the fact that you were the best pain, my favorite headache

So thank you, my sweet Anonymous, for being my great antihero
