Ode to Wordsworth
From inside school walls caged, a barrier
To separate imagination ‘way
From empty colorless surroundings minds.
My garden often sprouts red flowers, but
should interrupt me outside powers, then
They may as well go pull a bulldozer
Demolish to my land and leave me bare.
Go, ground me into dirt and watch me rise.
My inspiration skies, my influence
Trees. Long as blues stay blue and greens stay green,
I cannot waver. Let the clouds and seas
Embrace me. Float my mind wherever
A gust of wind to plant red flowers down.
