Often

i write often and i often write about nothing i write about color of people's souls i write about the sound people make between inhaling and exhaling i write about girls with moons under their skin i write about how love is about mohawks and making kissy faces on the subway i write about the teenager who daydreams about jumping in front of the city bus i write about the business man who has to be strong and keeps a sword on his key ring i write about the veins in your wrists, how he puts too much sugar into his coffee, braiding snowflakes into cinnamon hair, and girls with opalescent auras that are like lights through a prism. i create lovely things from the daily ins and outs of life that no one thinks twice about it is how i THRIVE and if i don’t do it who will?
