Oh brother
Dear brother,
How do I even begin to describe all that you’ve done for me,
I know you felt like you haven’t been there much when we were younger,
But I was just a kid, and you had a lot going on at the time,
We always got along, I always knew I had the greatest brother,
Once you moved out it did feel empty in that tiny room,
You were the best roommate I ever had,
I wish you weren’t much older,
You’ve just seen me at my lowest,
Opening up to you was the greatest thing,
You were always so supportive,
You are my role model, always will be,
A second father to me,
I hate how emotional I get,
Even thinking about all the great memories,
And I just want time to stop,
Or maybe go back in time,
To relive those moments when we would just go outside on a Summer day and play soccer,
Together, when our only worry would be when the sun went down,
Just you and I,
But I’m already 20 and you’re already 30, and no matter what,
I will never be able to talk about you without shedding a tear,
For losing you is my biggest fear.
Sincerely,
Your baby brother, Serg
