Oh Dad

Oh dad,

Where did you go?

You were here and then you disappeared suddenly,

Dad, why did you have to go?

Why couldn't you stay with me,

and be a part of my life forever?

Why'd he have to take you away from me so soon?

In the blink of an eye, you were gone.

Tears began flowing,

and all I could do was cry.

Dad, it's been three years,

and my heart still aches.

I miss you more than anything,

Dad, why did you have to go?
