Oh The Good Old Days

I long for the joyful days,

Where in the sun I lay.

Birds a chirping in the sky,

And there's no need to say goodbye.

Joy is, running wild and free,

And sunny day filled with glee.

So with heart a fire like an ember,

Childhood days we remember.

But soon sun sets darkness falling,

As our beds soon start calling.

In peaceful sleep we soon arrive,

So tomorrow days again we thrive.
