Oh the Great Change

Do not look for the past

For you shall not find it here

All you will find, sir, is a world of suffering

Lacking all morals and values

You won’t find any gay meetings

Or children playing in the streets

Ares and Hades now rule

Running rampant all around

For light is but a fragment

Only a remnant in the soul

The dark rain shall fall

Covering the dismal factories

Running over the loud cars and buses

Creating a shroud over the sun

The smog rises into the sky

Like a rolling wave

Crashing upon the dark sky

I see some color on the ground

It is only a rainbow

Captured in a stain of oil

The world is ugly now

Happiness is lost

Saying goodbye to the old world

Enter in the new age

The great age of change

An age of war

Coming into a period of sadness

We have nothing left

There is no ode left to write

For there is nothing left to praise
