Oh Mother

Oh, mother, I am here

Can you see me?

Can you hear me?

Oh, mother, do you miss me?
Do you miss your baby's voice

Do you miss being loved and

At the sight of me would you rejoice?

I am so confused mother

The hate I feel but the love and longing torments me

.

Oh, mother, I am here

I will wait till you realize what you have lost

And see what your lies and greed has cost.

Oh, my mother, my heart weeps for you

Where is the women I know you can be

When can you let your true feelings free.

Why do you cover your face with a mask

Why does this saturation of

pain and sorrow have to last.

Oh mother you have lost your children

In the darkness that you have brought.

Find the light my mother

Look for us and you shall find.

Ask and you will be answered

Oh mother we are here

And we shall wait

To be held in your arms

And cry tears of love and joy.

It’s ok mother don't cry

even though I'm angry, hurt,

 and confused

I will love you till the day I die.
