The boy who became a new man in age
Still fearful of what he may yet become
For the old man that came before was dark
Who words were wholly twisted and poisoned
The boy was broke through voice and hard neglect
Alone now, talking madly to himself
Only God to give him any real love
And that boy’s sore eyes do sight a bright gem
A shining diamond in a dark world
With her golden hair flowing in the air
The boys shattered heart does jump for that girl
And he knows love for a human once more
Shall he crawl from his pit for her kind love?
Shall she give her love to him and take his?
