Oh Starry Night

Oh, the night with stars, how doth thou all shine? Curtains of onyx, rugs of diamond glow, Wish and pray to meet thee and you mine, In the morning, I miss your graceful flow And at noontime the sun could not compare, Toast to the beauty of your tower high. Blinding is the glow of your hair so fair! Ah, with skin as pale as pears, so white nigh Can see, without placing praise on color. Oh shine on, shine on, blindly they do cry! Flowing skirts, told in wonder the polar, You hold the stars in hands that will not pry. Love on, love on my beauty of the night! Floating in heavenly home of the light!
