Oil&water

You Are oil Sliding across everyone's surface Never mixing Or sticking around long enough To melt into another Adhering to the skin of another Just long enough to say you were There And I I am water Mixing with everyone and Everything I meet Taking with me little peices Of everywhere I've been Collecting grains of sand Soaking into every thing Every person Who will let me They say oil and water do not mix You and I, we can coexist
