Okay.

Why can't you hear me ?

Am I not loud enough

Don't you hear my thoughts

Striking the sides of my mind with such brutal force

Telling me that a slippery slope is the quickest way down

Do you ignore every time I'm screaming

With my mouth shut

Do you not hear the air escaping my lungs

And dreading coming back in

Are you looking away from the scars on my wrists

The ones that just don't heal quick enough for your comfort

Listen to me.

Look at me.

I can't keep holding on by myself

Okay.

I need you

To notice me

Okay.
