Old

I look young but distant And I feel out of place I was born old Uncommon and unusual No desires of human contact Nor seeking the one Only contempent with myself And my own world I prefer company of family Instead of acquaintances My cats are my children And love me dearly I prefer to stay home And read with a cup of coffee Strangers call me quiet But I prefer to ignore them I carry on with a resting bitch face No traits of a shadow of a polite smile.
