An Old Friend

We were two comepleate strangers.

Soon you became like the sister I never had.

But that was my first mistake.

My second mistake was crying over you begging you to stay.

Maybe you were meant to come to my life to teach me a heartbreaking lesson.

What hurt the most was that you died.

Not literally but in my heart.

After so many memories I have none that are worth keeping.
