old friends

OLD FRIENDS

A ship that sinks or sails just fine

Depending on effort and time

A heart of stone

A blanket of snow

I’ve learned lessons the more I go

Its going to be clear skies from now

I wont let the rainy humid days bring me down

We were once birds of a feather flock together

Birds that got lost in bad weather

The choices I made were between crossroads

And I took the path with many goals
