Old Love

(poems go here)Can you tell me what it is about the past

That makes it so hard to live with you in the present
Can you tell me why it has caused so much hell
It haunts me and others
Your named is branded on my heart
No matter how hard I try to get rid of it
It is still there
I hate that
I hate this
I hate you
We care for the same people
and even though I have forced myself to move on
you still linger there by everyone's side
No one feels my pain
I don't think anyone feels yours if you even have any
I hate that
I hate this
I hate you
To get to the point I hate that no matter how much I hate
I still love
I still care
I still linger never realizing it
I'll leave you with good by and nothing more
never taking two steps back but only forward
Goodbye good sir as I leave you with nothing
