Old and wise Has loved and lost To help he tries Any, at any cost Old and wise Still needs love Searches the skies Carried on the wings of the dove Old and wise Slow yet strong Got there from lies and whys And all the times spent wrong Old and wise Often misunderstood Achievements those criticize Thus ignoring his good Old and wise Never cries Through lows and highs And mornings, continues to rise Until the day he dies…
