Up, up, up on the mountain high

We can hear the deities coming nigh

Taller than a tower tall 

Gods of knowledge fill the hall

Dancing, drinking, fun’s in the air

It may be a ball

But not everyone is playing fair

Gods of power, strength, and might

But not everyone perceives them right

Selfish, evil, wicked too

Gods are great but they don’t care about you

Try out sirens, centaurs, furies too!

But stay away from the gods

They’ll only make you blue

Not all are bad, not all are good

Greek mythology can be misunderstood

Listen close, and listen far
