Ol´ Backroads
Ol’ backroads always take me back to when I was young
‘Cause the smell of dirt and the wind in my face
We would sing all the songs that were rarely sung.
That’s where I made my life in this desolate quiet place.
Just cruisin’ down all those ol’ backroads is what I really need
What I crave, what I wish I had
Just not having a care for the intense speed
Cruisin’ down those ol’ backroads isn’t all that bad
