Once Upon a Time

Once upon a time
Our childhoods met here
A big picture
In our small worlds
The many times
I've ran these halls
The many times
I've looked down
From the top branch of the tree
The many childish joys
The many songs that were sung
Where our rebirth began
Where our hungry hearts were fed
I still hear the echoes of our giggles
I still hear the shrieks of excitement
I still hear the pounding of our running
All still ringing
In a reminiscing memory
From once upon a time
