Once Upon a Time
Anxious to meet the prince
Girls from all over stood in line
Not sure who they would convince
As their mothers whispered everything will be fine
Inside the castle stood the man of the hour
Yet the prince was not at ease
As he looked down from his tower
For he knew finding his princess would not be a breeze
Eventually he came across a girl
Who he knew was the one
With beauty more priceless than a pearl
And a glow brighter than the sun
The couple's time together was great
And the kingdom couldn't be more proud of
How it seemed to be fate
That they should fall in love
As the story goes
From the castle could be heard laughter
For the prince handed his princess a rose
And they lived happily ever after
