Once upon a Wonderland

This story begins with red and white,

the fine divide between crown and heart,

one is unfair, cold, and uptight,

the other selfish, dark, and tart.

this land had suffered many years,

It's people we're tired and afraid,

for who could possibly end all tears,

Without bloodshed to be paid?

Along came a girl, her name was Alice,

she brought with her a sense of hope,

A trouble girl, to find who she is,

for the loss of her father, she could not cope.

Young Alice and her curiosity

with so many questions, all the while

the path shown by a gray and white kitty

as red and white are becoming hostile.

Riddles were solved and answers in hand

the land had seen the young girls light

Alice finally took a stand

and showed everyone what was just and right.

Red and white could not agree

nor could they even settle down

the Hatter, Mouse, and Rabbit at tea

with Alice to discuss the crown.

The land decided to finally stand and rebel,

to bring down reigning terrors,

they prepared for battle with those who were able,

With Alice who could make no errors!

Red and white were brought down hard

and brought to justice they would be,

the land was free, though slightly scarred

a celebration was had with lots of tea!

A young girl dances, her heart full of bliss,

with brilliance and beauty, gleaming in the sun,

the crown was bestowed on our young Alice,

for she had always been the chosen one!
