One
Could there ever be,
A time we see,
The strength of one,
As we’ve begun?
As we’ve begun,
To feel the effect,
Of a world in need,
We might neglect.
In a world un-done,
There is just one,
That feels a power,
In their finest hour.
There is just one,
That plays a part,
In the hope we see,
We all have heart.
The one is known,
They might be meek,
The power is there,
To be as we seek.
We seek to find,
A thought in mind,
In the hope the world ,
Will be so kind.
The thought in mind,
We hope to find,
Is a feeling for others,
Each one in kind.
We seek to find,
A common world,
Where traces of peace,
Are slowly unfurled.
Peace has a purpose,
We’ve seen in the past,
It’s just a way,
We hope to last.
The strength of one,
Could possibly be,
The common sense,
We all might see,
We are the one,
We play a part,
In the hope we see,
We all have heart.
