One
Pain on their faces
Agony in their voices
The people who perished
Are the people who paved the way to be free
Women, African Americans, Native Americans just to name a few
No matter what or who we are, we all struggled
Doesn't matter if it was a cause or freedom they fought for
Their voices were heard
Actions were taken
And goals were accomplished
We all struggle for a better tomorrow ; despite the painful yesterday
We stand strong as one unit , one nation, one voice
And victory shell be ours to have.
