One Apple at a Time

Healthy is far and few between

Most people despise anything thats the hue of green

Everyone passes the fast food, from McDonalds to Chick-fil-A

Feeling like its impossible to get heathy, like there is no other way

But thats why im here to help them out

I'm going to show them foods that will make them shout

Tell them the difference between Trans and Saturated Fats

Soon they will see the food they were eating as knats

Show them how to manage their weight

I know i can reach them before its too late

I can change the world being a dietition

One apple at a time is my mission
