The valleys and hills, tumbled and tall,
With ants that scurry up the wall.
The red ants march, bold and pride,
While the black ones live in lies.
Castles built under the ground
Where only the red were ever crowned.

Now, one black ant, stood up one day,
And said this was not the way
To live a life in dark and fear.
So, this tyranny, away, must clear.
At hearing this, the red grew red
With anger that the black do dread.

Away, they flee, the blacks did so.
Only one ant marched up to the foe.
And the red ants shot him, they did
And slavery was every forbid.
Freedom came
Because of one black ant.
