One Day

Maybe one day you'll remember my almost-too-dark red lipstick Maybe one day you'll remember my porcelain doll posture Maybe one day you'll remember my unruly curly hair Maybe one day you'll remember the freckles on my cheeks Maybe one day you'll remember the one dimple I have Maybe one day you'll remember my green eyes Maybe one day you'll remember how I stuttered, how I walked, how I laughed almost too hard at not funny things, or the way I hide behind my bangs Maybe one day you'll remember that I fell in love with you And maybe one day you'll remember me.
