One Day

To my beloved Ty, 

One day sweetheart, that's all I can say.

One day we're going to be together again.

One day you're going to get down on one knee.

One day we're going to look into each other's eyes

fall in love all over again and say "I Do".

One day we're going to move in together 

cuddle on the couch 

loving each other without a care in the world.

One day we're going to be blessed with a child

and then two more. 

One day we're going to watch them grow up

fall in love, move away and leave us. 

One day we're going to grow old together

cuddling on our porch swing laughing about today. 

Today we are going day by day

week by week

month by month 

year by year.

Today we are falling in love over and over again.

Today I am missing you more and more. 

Today I look forward to one day.
